Pursuant to the Apollo Gifts and Entertainment Policy, Apollo-branded items provided by AGS associated persons with a value of $100 or less are excluded from the $300 annual gift limit and do not require preclearance. The sole exception is gifts provided to Restricted Recipients (including public employees and foreign officials), which must be precleared through StarCompliance regardless of value.

Apollo-branded items with a value exceeding $100 require preclearance through StarCompliance and will be treated as gifts subject to the $300 annual gift limit under the Policy. Please contact Compliance with any questions.
